Our Ireland SIG provides an opportunity to have open discussions about challenges, projects and strategies – where our members can share ideas and experiences. The Ireland committee would like to invite you to this online event featuring the SAP Business Technology Platform.

The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) can provide various benefits to organisations in several areas including; data integration, data centralisation, connection to non-SAP applications, Planning and Budgeting, real-time analytics and machine learning. Dean Farrow from SAP will show you how to leverage this powerful platform and obtain success with your data.

We will cover how we are working with some of our customers, all of whose BTP journeys have started with different use cases and we will explore how they successfully implemented their solutions and drove further value by adopting other BTP solutions. Part of this discussion will cover bringing elements of the BTP together and will outline how we can build trust in the data these solutions collect!

We will also explore how we can prepare for the next phase and some of the learnings we have found that lead to best practices in leveraging BTP to its fullest advantage.

We will be looking at these questions and starting to answer how customers can realise the benefits of BTP. We will look at how BTP can be used as a framework that allows you to streamline the critical path of data management to ensure that data can be usefully used by the business as a basis for decision-making. We will explore how BTP can help say goodbye to the years-long implementation cycles to gain business value by delivering analytics in a timely manner to the right people at the right time, regardless of the original data source. We will also drill down into specific challenges of our customer’s experiences – focusing on one in particular in our next session.
