THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON TEAMS
Everyone loves a catch-up over a coffee, and we want to make sure our community stays connected. For this online event, we will start off with a closed-door coffee session for Public Sector professionals only. This is a brilliant opportunity to catch up with colleagues, and friends and welcome new members into the community; whilst discussing experiences, downfalls and successes you’ve had.
Like many SAP customers, DLUHC has been running and developing SAP for over two decades and over the past couple of years has embarked on a transformative SAP evolution, in preparation for DLUHC ultimately joining the Unity Shared Service with HMRC & DfT. DLUHC have a highly skilled in-house team which has enabled DLUHC to adopt a highly incremental, agile, transformation approach which has already seen the phased introduction of SAP SaaS solutions, including Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud and SuccessFactors PMGM. This has prepared the groundwork for the integration of key BTP services, the introduction of Employee Central at the start of 2024 and a comprehensive upgrade to S4 and BW4 in late 2024. This incremental approach has enabled DLUHC to deliver tangible business benefits throughout the transformation journey, mitigating risk and delivering change with a small team.
Central to this achievement has been DLUHC’s mastery of Fiori's dynamic capabilities, facilitating a harmonious user interface throughout the radical change of DLUHC's SAP foundation landscape. Through Fiori's lens, the intricacies of DLUHC's transformation journey come to light, revealing insights into their strategic approach and the symbiotic relationship between the incremental process and the transformative power of Fiori. Listen to Ruth Hemington from DLUHC sharing on their Fiori Transformation Journey.
