THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE
The Maintenance and Service Management SIG aims to provide an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with fellow users and provide insight into SAP's future strategy and direction for Maintenance Management (PM / SM / CS Modules / Asset Management).
At this online event, we will be joined by Guy Spaven from SAP. He will be providing an overview of the EAM cloud solutions and a demonstration of the SAP Service and Asset Manager online/offline application including additional personas of inventory clerk and WCM Engineer at the SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) session. Followed by the SAP S/4HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling (RSH) session which will include a brief demonstration of how this can be complemented with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
You will also have the chance to meet our SIG Chair, Richard Wilkins from Mars, who will share some learnings from their recent pilot of the Service & Asset Manager mobile app. He would also love to hear your thoughts on any potential topics for the future.
