In this first onsite event dedicated to SAP Signavio, co-organised by UKISUG and SAP, we will discuss how you can steer the business impact of your transformation, while at the same time accelerating it with a Business Process Transformation approach.
We have invited an SAP Signavio VP, Wassilios Lolas, to introduce the vision behind the product and how it can accelerate your company's transformation process. After that, Mark Bolton, Janet Monk and Juan De Waal from Unipart and Peter Murray from CityFibre will be sharing their experience with SAP Signavio from a customer perspective. Delegates can learn about the two company’s journey with business process transformation, with its challenges and next steps.
CityFibre is one of the UK’s best-known fibre infrastructure
companies. As the company experienced rapid growth in the past recent years, it
identified a need for more effective processes to ensure that further expansion
was painless and managed efficiently. The company was able to achieve business process standards
that are machine-readable, making them auditable, with operating procedures and
ISO compliance documents containing process maps and rich narratives to produce
up-to-date governed content. As a result, CityFibre has significantly improved
the way the company operates.
Vanessa Lacontal, SAP Signavio Value Advisor, will also provide an overall introduction to SAP Signavio, such as typical use cases, trends, licensing model, etc…
