David Honour from The Morgan Crucible Company plc will present Project Corgi – The implementation of BPC at Morgan Crucible Morgan Crucible is now live with its SAP BPC installation. This presentation will look at their approach to designing and building their application. Lessons have been learnt the hard way but the system is now up and running. We will look at how to best make use of limited resources both internal and external. The process of historic data upload and how user training was tackled accross the globe.
Shin Sawhney from Capgemini will give an Introduction to Spend and Supply Chain Performance Management. Providing an introduction to these solutions, which form part of SAP’s Enterprise Performance Management offerings. Given their inherent links to BW 7.0 platforms, it is believed that these solutions offer existing SAP customers
potential for some quick wins.
