Ian Scott from SAP ltd will deliver a presentation on Event Management. Event Management provides a cockpit for internal and external users to be presented with problems and resolution strategies. This session will discuss possible business scenarios, technology and implementation options.
Simon Kulczycki from Premier Foods will present How they use Event Management. This presentation will look at the reasons for implementing EM at Premierfoods, benefits of implementing EM and how we use it at Premier foods and War stories from the implementation.

Neil Crew from Princes will deliver a presentation on Leveraging SAP ERP and APO to make a visible difference in demand planning and promotions management. With over a 1000 retail promotions a year and leading grocery brands sourced globally, Princes worked with Pivot to leverage their SAP ERP, APO and BW instances to make a visible difference in demand planning and promotions management. Neil Crew, Princes CIO, will share the benefit of his long in the tooth SAP experience and success in delivering some very innovative and cost effective solutions to deliver valuable customer service and differentiation as well as answer the age old question of is this promotion really increasing our sales? As one of the UK’s largest suppliers to retail, Princes share the same challenges as many organisations in deploying SAP to help in global sourcing, new product development, brand and category management.
