Craig Dale from the User Group will deliver a SAP User Group Update. Craig will discuss User Group influence activities and explain how you can get involved, including SAP Solution Roadmaps, Customer Engagement Initiative and Support Customer Advisory Council, along with providing an update on this year’s User Group Conference.

Paul Barker from SAP will deliver a Roadmap presentation. BI roadmap based including recent changes and what it means to our customers going forwards? 
Daneel de Villiers from De Villiers Walton will deliver a presentation on An introduction to a group of tactical services to drive real value from SAP BI investments. Following ongoing discussions with our customers and prospects and observations from numerous projects, De Villiers Walton has identified the 5 most common areas for BI failure or under performance. To address these issues, we have developed the “Intelligent BI programme designed to drive real value out of existing BI investments. This presentation will discuss these top 5 pain points and a brief outline of the services included within the programme and examples of the impact that they can bring to customer situations. 
John Mclarnon from SHS will give a presentation on An overview of the tactical steps SHS took to enhance their overall SAP BI performance. Following the recommended outputs from BI System Performance Review delivered by De Villiers Walton, SHS focused on a number of areas that stifled the effective use and support of the SAP BI System. This presentation will outline how and why they executed a performance review and how they focused on the output recommendations to fast track their BI performance program, with lessons learned and key benefits.
