Do you want to influence SAPs product development?
Do you want to be involved in shaping the products from SAP that matter to you?
If you do, then please join the User Group and Marco Dorn from the SAP Global Customer Communities team in a webcast to introduce you to the Customer Engagement Initiative on March 12th, 10 am GMT.
The Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) is a structured, SAP-driven approach to involve customers end-to-end in the software planning and development process. Members from SAP User Groups are invited regularly to join various development projects from SAP and provide feedback to the development organisation from early stages of the process on.
The initiative was started in 2009 with two SAP User Groups and is now spread to more and more communities over the world. In March, the fourth cycle of the CEI is beginning to which the CEI team would like to invite you as members of the UK and Ireland SAP User Group.
You can read more about the successes of the CEI at Giving Customers a Say<http://en.sap.info/giving-customers-a-say/18026> (SAP.info, page 3) and at Badge of Trust<http://www.spectrum.sap.info/magazine/2009_12_sap_spectrum_en_screen.pdf> (SAP Spectrum).
