This event is being held on Thursday 27th January 2011 at SAP Clockhouse Place, nr Heathrow and is kindly being sponsored by ROC.
We have decided to change the format of the SIGs for this year by covering just one topic at each meeting rather than several. We feel this will give each meeting more of a focus and provide more in-depth detail around the chosen topic.
Talent Management and Succession Planning was covered at the Conference and at some previous SIGs however due to popular demand and requests for information around this topic we have decided to cover this at our first SIG.
The SIG will begin with a SAP User Group Update & Conference review which will be delivered by Craig Dale.
Darren Ford from SAP will present Pre-defined Performance Management with SAP. Find out how SAP Performance Management is integral to SAP Talent Management and how the new Pre-defined Performance Management option can greatly reduce implementation time and cost.
In the afternoon Stephen Burr from ROC will present Succession Planning/Talent Management with ROC this will include a succession demo and case study.
At the end of day we will be dedicating a 30 minute Question & Answer Session where you will have your chance to ask the experts, Darren Ford from SAP and Stephen Burr from ROC any questions you might have on the days topics.
