Gavin Smith from Subsea7 will be Delivering the Performance Management Review (PMR) Process via SAP at Subsea 7.
Subsea 7 replaced their paper based PMR system with an online SAP system delivered to employees via the Portal. This presentation will cover the implementation of the system and the functionality delivered.
Martyn Peggie from University of Stirling will present Personnel Cost Planning in an uncertain economy. Using SAP personnel cost planning to manage staff costs and improve panning in an uncertain economy.
Mervyn George from Winshuttle and Calum Davidson from Subsea 7 will deliver a Subsea 7 Customer Case Study and Product Demonstration. Calum Davidson will speak about the use of Winshuttle at Subsea 7, Winshuttle supports SAP data load activities at Subsea 7 from Master data Loads to project support. Here Calum will cover details of the range of applications.The tool is utilised for within their ECC6.0 landscape. Calum will be covering why they initially chose to invest in the Winshuttle solution, how they are using it today and the benefits they have realized.This will be followed by an introduction to the Winshuttle solution including a demonstration focused on HCM use cases.
Michelle Dawkins from SAP will deliver SAP HCM – Innovations 2010. A detailed presentation on the new capabilities and business benefits that organisations can look forward to with SAP HCM & Innovations 2010.
Craig Dale from the User Group will discuss what the User Group is planning for 2011, including how you can get more value from your membership, an update on the annual conference and how you can get involved in influencing the development of SAP’s products.
