Brendan Matthews from Capgemini is presenting Intelligent Planning – Improving Effectiveness and Efficiency. Many organisations still spend significant time and money completing their annual plans, budgets and monthly forecasts in offline tools like MS Excel. As well as being inefficient, such processes can impact underlying business performance. In this session we focus on helping organisations identify where they are on the planning maturity curve, and provide practical advice around how to build a vision and roadmap to address the efficiency and effectiveness gaps.
