Ian Scott from SAP will give a presentation on Supply Chain Performance Management. This session will be a live demo of the solution and a look at the supporting technology and deployment options. SAP has developed Supply Chain Performance Management to enable companies to see the areas of the supply chain that are performing sub-optimally. It enables root-cause analysis to be performed on any area that has been highlighted as problematic. The underlying KPIs are based on the Supply Chain Council SCOR model and allows industry standard analysis of your own organisation and benchmarking against your peers.
