The next Customer Relationship Management Special Interest Group Meeting will take place on the 13th September 2011 at SAP Clockhouse Place, nr Heathrow.

The SIG will be based around the theme of ‘Delivering service excellence through innovation and partnership’.

Ben Robinson from Agility Works will deliver a presentation on the topic ‘Enterprise Mobility for the SAP-Centric organisation’ this will include a demonstration of an application AgilityWorks have developed using the Sybase platform for the Consumer Products industry.

Debbie Jowett from Hillarys Blinds will present Delivering breakthrough improvement in Customer Service underpinned by CRM: practical experience from Hillary Blinds. Hillarys Blinds is a retail and manufacturing business of blinds and window coverings.Debbie Jowett will provide you an insight into her experience and project learnings from implementing SAP CRM 7 as the foundation for a customer service improvement programme.

John Heald from SAP will present Web Channel Experience Management. Taking the web to the next level, and incorporating web feedback and  servicing into the Web. Further information will be available online shortly.

Craig Dale from the User Group will present a Continuous Improvement Update and latest on the UK & Ireland SAP User Group.
