A Super User Best Practice document was created back in 2007 by member organisations of the SAP User Group. As the Business world has changed considerably over the years, so the best practice document also needs to be updated to reflect these changes. This will be a workshop-style session, taking into account feedback from the survey issued previously, as well as input from the attendees at the SIG meeting. This is designed to be an ongoing piece of work and will be followed up at subsequent SIG meetings.
