Howard Golton will deliver the session SAP Licence Management in Rolls-Royce and development of Security Weaver LM module. Like many companies Rolls-Royce has a large investment in SAP licences. A modest improvement in efficient utilisation can yield significant reduction or postponement of further licence spend. This session looks at the tools developed with Security Weaver to achieve this.

Amanprit Kaller from KPMG will deliver the session Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Convergence Challenge and Benefits. Fearful of both business failure and the penalties of non-compliance, many organisations reacted by expanding governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) departments. GRC often lost sight of its prime objective: improving the performance and efficiency of the organisation while maintaining the desired level of assurance.

Due to confusing terminology in the market place, siloed approaches, and spiralling costs, board executives struggle to see the value in GRC, which could be generated from a structured holistic initiative.  Recent trend shows that companies have identified the problem and began to align different GRC initiatives. Such efforts have increasingly come under the banner of GRC convergence.

This session will explore GRC and the challenges companies face.  It will also look at taking a practical approach to convergence, including some of the typical challenges and benefits of a more integrated approach to GRC.  KPMG will share their Holistic GRC approach which connects GRC together to help make risk real and relevant to the boardroom agenda.

Terry Hirsch-  CEO from Security Weaver will present Security Weaver CEO- Wrap Up Session: “The Social Application. Socialising compliance across the enterprise- Wrap Up QA Terry Hirsch CEO and David Piester.

We will be running a User Group Workshop/Open Discussion. During this time we would like to discuss future topic ideas and any questions you might have about the User Group.
