Winshuttle are sponsoring the event.

Evan Schulz and Sathish Kamath from Winshuttle and Matt Beattie from City University will present Cracking the data and business process challenges in interacting with SAP. Winshuttle will be showcasing their success in significantly reducing costs and error margins through automation of business processes and data migration in and out of the SAP system without programming and without affecting SAP.  The session will also include a brief overview of Winshuttle’s offering, footprint and a demonstration of the Winshuttle Forms & Workflow solution followed by a Question & Answer session.

Emma Chipchase from University of Sheffield will present Digitalising our HR Files - How we got rid of our paper files and transferred them on-line using SAP Archivelink.

Ian Mechie from Absoft Limited will discuss Absoft and HERSIG: working in partnership. Ian will deliver an update on Absoft and its work with HERSIG, outlining Absoft’s program for 2012/13.  This will include an announcement of the appointment of a Product Solution Architect who will design and oversee development of a pipeline of market leading sector-specific solutions based on customer requirements. Ian will go on to propose a selection of ideas on how information on SAP developments and projects might be shared more effectively between the member institutions so that the HERSIG members can decide which option is most suitable for them.
