Neil Hubbard from Friends Life will present BOXI development lifecycle – the easy way? Friends Life use BOXI to deliver enterprise wide reporting to over 500 users a month, covering a wide range of business interests.  Balancing business agility against IT controls is key to delivering value.  This presentation will cover how Friends Life manages development of universes and reports against a background of ongoing change without driving anyone mad with red tape.

James Martin from Ramsay Health Care UK will discuss Pimp my XI, handy development tips and tricks. 3 cunning examples where Business Objects can be customised without code to offer greater functionality and flexibility.

Mark Todd from SAP will present SAP Data Services. This session will look at an Update on solutions and capabilities within the Data Services portfolio, will be including some SYBASE.

Martin Barrett from SAP will give a presentation on SAP Business Objects User Types, Solutions and when to use, options for consuming. Aligning the available solutions to business needs , and the options for consuming on premise, on mobile.

Ian Henry from SAP will discuss SAP BusinessObjects Predictive Analysis. An introduction to the new ‘R’ based Predictive Analysis capabilities. This will include a summary of solution and demonstration

Neil Greathead & Graham Cross from SAP will present SAP, Active Global Support - update. The SAP, AGS Customer Experience Team will provide updates on their latest initiatives (including the SMP Support Portal); attendees will also find out how to engage and interact with the Customer Experience Team.
