James Robb from ROC will deliver the session Streamlining HR On Boarding & Position Maintenance in SAP. Whilst SAP E Recruitment integrates with the core SAP HCM application, our experience is that Position Management and HR Onboarding are often processes that are not fully automated in organisations. This can lead to inefficiency and compliance issues. In this session ROC will demonstrate how these processes can be easily streamlined in SAP and even integrated into the SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa (SOVN) Org Chart. The benefits cannot be underestimated and these will be discussed alongside system demonstrations. Session includes Q&A and examples of where customers have already streamlined these processes.

The session will look at the key objects and processes within OM and the integration with other modules. Also see the tools now available to help with the maintenance of the structure and ensuring data quality.
Matthew Eyre from E.ON UK will present on Local Development of the OM System & Processes in a Global SAP HR Environment. The session looks at how we implemented the OM system at E.ON and the challenges a global SAP system can provide.
