In the morning session, Bianca Ball from SAP will give a short presentation on What happens to the development requests once they ‘reach’ SAP.

In the afternoon session, Matt Beattie from City University London & Simon Jones from Winshuttle will present Automate SAP HR & Payroll with Control, Accuracy and Consistency. Managing employee information in SAP from “hire to retire is a key business challenge. The core SAP transactions for managing basic tasks can be daunting and is time consuming due to the complexity of the SAP GUI where multiple fields and screens must be completed, especially to the non-technical HR or Payroll generalist. Essential tasks such as hiring employees, transfers, processing terminations, and change of benefits become tedious and error prone.

This presentation will focus on a case study from City University London, describing some of the SAP HR data challenges they faced & how Winshuttle has helped them to overcome these challenges, including:

  • Streamlining administration processes;
  • Improving SAP data quality;
  • Gaining better control of data;
  • Leading to measurable productivity improvements and time savings
