For those of you who may not be familiar with it, the SAP Customer Connection program is a new program, which allows members to submit improvement requests for products and solutions they use every day. Any improvement requests that have 5 or more companies subscribed will qualify and will be reviewed by SAP. The outcome of the review is the selection of improvement requests which are scoped for development.
