Riz Kahn from SAP Education will discuss What actually is SAP? Training Managers are often among the last group of stakeholders to be given an understanding of what the SAP implementation will deliver. Riz Khan from SAP Education will be running an interactive session looking at the various modules within SAP to give you an idea of what SAP is and also an overview of what support is available from SAP Education. This isn’t a sales pitch or a detailed walkthrough, it is a chance for you to learn some basics of SAP, and allow you to ask questions that you may feel embarrassed to ask in a project team meeting in your organisation
Riz Khan from SAP Education will present The SAP Training Lifecycle. Organizations will often use existing managers or support teams to manage their training delivery. Whilst this saves the cost of external consultants, internal resources are not always familiar with how the training process fits into SAP. In this session, we will walkthrough the basics of delivering a SAP training programme, from the initial steps through to post go live activities.
Derek Maynard & Riz Khan will give a presentation on Initial Analysis - The First Step. The Initial Analysis phase is about defining "where, what, why, who, and how we do long-term SAP training"
A member of the UK & Ireland SAP User Group will give an User Group Update.
There will be a open forum at the end of the day, please bring any questions you have. This is the perfect opportunity for you to find the answers you need by asking your peers.
