Meryl Crummack from Manchester City Council will present 9000 to 16: Resolving and Invoice Issue. This presentation will be about a short cut to processes for dealing with the monthly and quality telecoms and mobile device invoice process. Manchester City Council have used the tools at their disposal e.g. SAP Data Services and SAP Business Objects alongside our distribution tool Acusend to develop a series of reports that take the data presented by the companies, produce a SAP Journal/Invoice upload file dependant on the supplier and then produce summary reports and cost centre reporting.
