According to a recent study, more than 1.3 billion workers – 37.2% of the global workforce – will be using mobile technology by 2015.* Most HE establishments are already looking to exploit the benefits of mobility to enhance the student experience, but it is also worth investigating how this technology can help increase efficiency in back-office processes such as HR and Estates Management. Bjorn Harzer, SAP Solution Architect at Absoft will discuss what mobility means for your SAP system  and how it can change the way your institution works by giving your employees the tools they need to handle critical tasks and make informed decisions in real time – no matter where they are. Bjorn will demonstrate how mobile delivery can work in practice for HR departments and Estates Management.

Craig Dale from the UK & Ireland SAP User Group will give an User Group Update. This will include a conference update.

After lunch, we will have a closed session in which it is your opportunity to talk to fellow HE employees about issues you are facing and what to do about it.
