A proven standard for continuous quality improvement has been applied: DevelopMeasureAssessImproveControl. The purpose of such a cycle represented in the ICI dashboard is to ensure that the right problem is identified, to visualize the business related benefits, to quantified success by pre-defined KPIs and control progress.Based on the KPI measurement platform concept the ICI dashboard is fully integrated into the SAP Solution Manager. The new ICI Dashboard is not just a dashboard for reporting information. Additional functional highlights are: Individual KPI specific dashboard configuration, integrated benefit case simulation functionality, easy setup of KPI targets and alert levels, corresponding drill-down function,action tracking and KPI specific notepad functionality and an easy print out function. Using the ICI dashboard the proactive, automatic monitoring and diagnosis of your core business processes and system landscapes health leads to a reduction of your daily work effort.
