Stephen Green from BP will present The role of dashboards in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). As part of wider project to standardise, simplify and stop the unnecessary proliferation of MI across the Lubricants business BP has made extensive use of Xcelsius dashboards to drive rigour and discipline into many core performance management processes. In this session BP will share some learnings from their journey to date and provide some examples of the dashboards which are currently being used in the business today.

Chris Grundy from SAP will be Introducing the SAP Enterprise Performance Management Road Map. Enterprise Performance Management applications can bring great benefits to organisations, in terms of increased organisational alignment and agility, the ability to make better and more profitable decisions as well as through delivery of a faster and more reliable close-to-disclose process. Join this session to hear about the newly updated SAP Product Road Map for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for Finance. Learn about details of SAPs EPM strategy, including the functions available today, as well as the direction for future releases of SAPs EPM 10.0 suite. In addition this session will highlight the trends that will drive longer term direction of EPM solutions.
