Ian J Franks from Johnson & Johnson Consumer EAME Ltd will present Creating Visibility, Taking Action, Improving Customer Satisfaction. This session will explain what drove J&J to implement CRM-CIC and how they achieved deployment to 15 countries in 18 months. We’ll also look at how CRM-CIC is being used to capture the Voice of the Customer and what J&J are now doing with the data that has been captured.
