The theme of the agenda will be Succesful SAP Project Management.

Richard Symes of Scapa (www.scapa.com) will share his first hand experiences of implementing SAP.

Scapa initially introduced SAP into Europe over 24 months ending in March 2002.  The aggressive plan was to roll out SAP to 10 locations in 2 years; the execution matched this plan.

Scapa then put SAP into 5 manufacturing sites in North America over 12 months ending in June 2009.  This was another aggressive plan executed on time.

Recently Richard was the project manager on the implementation of SAP into a newly acquired business in North America that went live on the planned date in January 2013.
