Customer Connection is directed at incrementally enhancing and improving the software and solutions our customers are using today. It offers the opportunity to suggest small enhancements to products and solutions in mainstream maintenance, for quick-to-adopt and non-disruptive delivery via notes and support packages. Thus, SAP customers influence functionality and improve standard SAP software and solutions for a better, more intuitive end user experience and higher productivity.
Following a project approach, customers are invited to get involved and submit improvement requests for HCM Learning Solution. By participating in this project, you will get the chance to submit requests for improved functionality and influence development at SAP.
