GSK are kindly hosting this SIG for us, Alex Broadbent is the Education & Training Director on GSK's Commercial ERP Programme and he will be sharing the training journey at the SIG. GSK’s Commercial ERP Programme (CERPS) is a global transformation programme, which will drive simplification of the operating model through delivery of standardised financial and commercial processes, systems and data in SAP. The programme started in 2009 and there are now 18 European markets live. Deployments will continue until 2017 by which time it is expected that approximately 80% of the commercial organisation will be using CERPS. From a training perspective this entails a curriculum of over 100 courses and a user base of 100,000 users. This session will focus on the training journey to date, the key challenges faced, the lessons learnt and the improvements planned for the future.
Seema Shah from GSK will then present Learning Measurement. KnowledgeAdvisors is the world’s leading learning analytics company. Metrics that Matter®, their learning analytics system, helps organisations measure and improve their talent development programs, driving improved productivity, reduced administrative costs, and increased return on learning investments. It is the only learning analytics system in the world that automates learning levels 1-5. On the GSK Commercial ERP Programme (CERPS), the Knowledge Advisor’s tool Metrics that Matter has been used to measure the effectiveness of their learning as part of the SAP system implementation. This session will focus on to the importance of developing a learning measurement strategy and how at GSK learning metrics have been gathered and analysed.
Paul Stevens and Ben Galloni from Assima are sponsoring this SIG and will provide an insight into how Assima’s unique cloning technology is assisting GSK to roll-out their CERPS and MERPS SAP environment on a multinational basis, and show, through demonstration, how this cloning technology can help reduce the cost of translation of material for multilingual roll-outs and can assist with the reduction of costs of building and maintaining SAP training clients. This will be followed by a short (8 Minute) video which will give a glimpse of the future of SAP learning and performance support, showing how Assima is taking learning technology to a new level with the development of a highly innovative and unique Automated Business Improvement environment which will run within your current SAP environment.
