Direct input and feedback from SAP customers is essential for them to improve the solutions in productive use. To structure the input and feedback in order to improve SAP solutions and products, we run the Customer Connection program.
Customer Connection is directed at incrementally enhancing and improving the products and solutions our customers are using today. It offers SAP customers the opportunity to suggest small enhancements and improvements to products and solutions in mainstream maintenance.
Following a project approach, customers are invited to submit improvement requests for SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. The Improvement Requests selected for development are typically delivered through support notes or support packages for fast and non-disruptive delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for you to influence development at SAP. It offers a chance to submit requests for functionality which you have been waiting for.
