This inaugural meeting on the CRM Special Interest Group has a number of interesting topics in the agenda, providing a solid foundation for future success:

  • Andrew Lapham (Yell Group) and David Currey (London Borough of Southwark) will be introducing themselves as the new co-chairmen of the group, along with providing an insight into their experiences of SAP CRM in both the Public and Private Sectors.
  • Craig Dale will be introducing the SAP UK & Ireland User Group to those that are yet to experience the benefits of membership, along with some practical guidance on how to get the most out of the new User Group Website.
  • Gavin Davison of SAP will be introducing himself and his CRM team, with speakers from SAP providing the group a holistic view of the SAP CRM solution and an update on what is happening in the world of SAP CRM.
  • An open forum has been introduced to discuss areas that attendees feel are important to them, as well as providing direction for the future of the group.

We look forward to seeing you there!
