Kane Millward from London Metropolitan University will present Identity Management and HR Self Service. In the prevailing social, political and economic climate, organisations are seeking an increasingly peripatetic and fluid workforce. Meanwhile, technological advancement in systems integration has resulted in connectivity between traditionally disparate applications like HR and the corporate directory. There has also been a shift to web-based self services for consumers that has now extended into everyday working practices and that businesses are leveraging to deliver cost efficiency benefits. Find out why enterprises need to consider identity management before they undertake HR self service initiatives and how ICT accounts creation/cessation can be automated. Hear about the technical aspects of connecting SAP to Novell. Also learn about London Metropolitan University's experiences from re-engineering the 'on/offboarding' business processes and the implications for the migration and cleansing of data.

Adam Cundell from the User Group will give a session on Influencing SAP. He will explain to the group how they can propose different ideas and solutions and make sure they get heard!

Manesh Mistry from SAP will present how you can get real value out of SAP.

The final session will be a closed discussion for Higher Education employees only.
