Kieran O'Riordan from SAP will give a Overview of BusinessObjects Tools session. During this session Kieran will look at the most recent 4.1 versions of the SAP BusinessObjects BI Suite tools. Also, with SAP’s Agile Visualisation tool SAP Lumira and SAP BI Mobile on accelerated update cycles, he will talk about the capabilities of the latest versions including some hands on demonstrations. Predictive Analytics is a rapidly growing and exciting area of Analytics. He will also look at the added value SAP Predictive Analysis and SAP Infinite Insight brings to our customers.

Kieran will also discuss Customer Experience & Best Practise & Business Intelligence Roadmap. With the impressive array of tools provided by the BI Suite, it is often very useful to know how other organisations are benefiting from their use. During session we will present some interesting use cases and best practices. To finish the day, we will look ahead into the medium and long term future to see what SAP has in store for customers in the Analytics area.

Simon Maxwell from SAP will present The Full Enterprise Support Offering. Simon will take a tour of the complete Enterprise Support offering as a refresher what’s available in terms of tools and services. SAP’s award-winning Enterprise Support Academy is a great source of learning content and services in several formats, so he’ll take a detailed look at that in demo mode. Finally, he’ll discuss the main facts about SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps as an exciting new departure in support methodology.

Simon will also present Enterprise Support for BusinessObjects. Following on from the first session on SAP Enterprise Support, Simon will review the support offerings that can be specifically applied against BusinessObjects environments. He’ll look at which CQCs can be used in the lifecycle of a BusinessObjects system and what’s available in aid of setting up Solution Manager and the other remote supportability tools. He’ll wrap up this section on Support with the aid of one or two customer case studies showing how combinations of the services can used towards a nice overall success.
