Maureen Gregeory from SAP will give a development update and Ian Hall will also be present to speak on behalf of the HMRC particularly to address any issues with year end returns, Business Connector etc.

David Millward from SAP is going to discuss the Flexible Work Pattern Solution describing the customer Infotype implemented for Southwark Council. This infotype allows user input to a work schedule override. Unusual work patterns that may only ever be used by a single employee, would otherwise require configuration changes to standard schedules, and therefore transport through to production. The new infotype can be set up in production for a certain period of time, allowing more flexibilty and control. The application and implementation of this solution will be outlined.

Matt Askinson from Pecaso will present the HRSP Best Practice session which will identify and examine the building blocks of HRSP application best practice and discuss the final checklist which needs to be put in place. It will cover:

Preparing for HRSP updates
What is updated
Checking SAP Notes
Configuration requirements
Pre and Post testing HRSP application

Finally there is an open forum and any Ad-Hoc questions can be raised for the presenters or delegates.
