It can seem as though everyone is talking about BIG DATA in the analyst community, colleagues and customers are all rushing to proclaim it the next big thing for its seeming ability to provide levels of insight that were previously out of reach.

The Big Data SIG to explain the theory and key principles behind the BIG DATA movement. Look at the tools and techniques that you can harness to deliver BIG DATA based insights to your organisation and beyond.

The SIG will aim to cover a variety of areas including strategy for integrating BIG DATA solutions, how to architect into existing SAP application landscapes, use of technologies such as Hadoop and how to deliver effective Analytics against BIG DATA stores.

SIG days include a mixture of Customer and SAP lead presentation and where possible the opportunity to get hands on with the technologies.
