The Project Systems SIG offers you an opportunity to meet liked minded SAP users. It provides a support network that you can tap into. The SIG offers the networking base from which quite often members collaborate beyond just the SIG meetings.
This SIG considers all matters pertaining to and indeed surrounding SAP Project System (PS). As well as the PS environment and associated transactions, the SIG considers the place of PS within a larger SAP deployment. As a consequence we often consider inter operation with other parts of the SAP real estate. Most notably is the reporting side and in particular how we can make good use of Business Intelligence (BI) Suite with SAP PS.
Currently the SIG members are key lead participants in the ongoing SAP PS Customer Improvement initiative where we are supporting SAP to improve areas of SAP PS.
Users of core SAP PS will find this SIG useful, so also will system administrators where SAP PS play a major part of their SAP deployment.
We hold two SIGs a year. One is usually held at the site of a user, the second often being held at an SAP venue. The meetings are designed to be SAP user centric, offering many opportunities to learn from, coach and network with fellow SAP users. Each meeting usually picks a topic to concentrate on but also leaves time to consider any other issues of interest to the SIG attendees.
