At the beginning of 2022, there were four people on the Adessa team in Poland. Now there are already fourteen. The group includes employees that work in SuccessFactors, HCM, MPS/BPO, implementation and recurring resources, with services focused on the DACH region.
Adessa shares the office in Katowice with SD Worx, who launched in the region in February 2021. The entire team has expanded rapidly in Poland. In one year, SD Worx has grown from 3 employees to 90, including the Adessa colleagues. The ambition is for Adessa to expand to at least 40 employees in Poland, while SD Worx hopes to grow to 150 by the end of the year. The office in Poland will support more growth as the company launches in the Eastern European countries of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.
We are delighted with the great group of people and spirit. At the end of this year, the team will move into a new office at a very exciting location, KTW II – The Skyscraper Center. Construction of the building should be complete this year.
Adessa looks forward to continuing to grow, little by little offering now digital HR services in Poland. As we continue to expand, we will also serve the local market in Poland and neighbouring countries such as Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania. Opportunities are already popping up, mostly from international companies with presence in these countries.
The future is bright for Adessa, as it continues to grow its digital HR services in Poland and all over Europe. We look forward to the adventures ahead as we embark on our mission to team up with our customers to become better employers, providing digital HR solutions delivered by both business & technology experts.
