London 25 May, 2016 – The UK & Ireland SAP User Group has announced that in conjunction with SAP Education it will be offering its members a significant discount on SAP Learning Hub Licenses. For a limited time, members will be able to purchase Learning Hub Licenses at a discount of over 67%, allowing them to buy a license which usually costs £2,000 for only £650*.
The SAP Learning Hub is SAP’s most comprehensive learning offering, containing over 5,000 courses, allowing users to find all the SAP training they need in one place. The range and quality of content is further enhanced through social learning with other learners, trainers and experts.
A User Group survey in 2014 highlighted that a potential skills gap was impacting on the speed that organisations could adopt the latest innovation from SAP. Nearly three-quarters of SAP users said the company was bringing innovations to market they would like to adopt, much quicker than their organisational ability to do so. The same survey highlighted that 1 in 2 users believed that a lack of hand-on experience impacted on their ability to adopt new technologies.
“In recent years SAP’s product portfolio has evolved considerably both through innovation, such as SAP HANA, and via the company’s acquisitions (e.g. SuccessFactors and Ariba). For those organisations looking to adopt this innovation or move elements of their SAP estate to the cloud, ensuring they have the necessary internal skills is critical to their success,” said Craig Dale, chief executive of the UK & Ireland SAP User Group. “However, SAP training can require a significant investment for a lot of organisations. Our deal with SAP Education is a further example of our collaboration with SAP and the continued value we look to offer our members.”
For anyone not currently a member of the UK & Ireland SAP User Group, a special Membership Bundle is available, comprising a 12-month User Group membership and one 12-month SAP Learning Hub License.
