SAP environments are undergoing more transformation than ever before.
Our most recent member survey revealed that 70% of organisations are planning to use S/4HANA in the next few years and a growing number of users are looking at adopting SAP’s latest solutions such as Leonardo. When undertaking such transformational projects, SAP customers can benefit greatly from partnering with experts who can offer guidance and technical support to ensure their organisational goals are met.
However, with so many SAP partners out there, choosing the right one isn’t necessarily a straightforward process. During the lengthy task of researching partners to build a shortlist of companies with the right expertise for your project, there are a host of challenges that hold up the selection process.
The User Group has always looked to help members to select the right partners, encouraging users to collaborate with peers, share their experiences and feedback from SAP partners through regular events and our annual conference, UKISUG Connect.
In order to take this a step further, we have launched our Affiliate Portal, giving members access to a resource designed to speed up partner selection and highlight the most suitable partners based on specific business needs. The portal provides anyone visiting the site with an ‘at a glance’ one to five-star rating for each partner. Much like TripAdvisor, registered User Group members will then be able read and post their reviews, as well as access further relevant information such as key contacts, company news and case studies to ensure that partners can meet their project needs.
The portal benefits Affiliate Members too, giving them a platform to showcase their solutions and expertise to more than 5,000 SAP customers. Affiliate Members will be able to share company news, key contacts, white papers and case studies; promote awards and accreditation and respond to member reviews and address any issues they may have experienced.
