Absoft Optimises SAP Support Options with New Service Launch

Leading SAP consultancy, Absoft, has announced the launch of Absoft Application Support; a fixed-price, fixed-scope SAP support package, created to meet client demand for a highly customisable service, specific to individual business requirements.

Focusing on service requirements, the basic Application Support package can be augmented with a suite of optional add-on components, including a GDPR review service, SAP product expiry report and legislative compliance health checks.

In addition to the existing UK-based support centre and dedicated service delivery and account manager framework, the new Application Support package will continue to provide a number of flexible consultancy days, which Absoft envisages clients will utilise for training or smaller projects.
