Mapping out your Qualtrics Journey

Following SAP’s acquisition of customer experience analytics firm Qualtrics, many SAP users want to know how the company’s software will fit into their wider SAP ecosystem. In fact, when our recent survey asked members if they saw Qualtrics benefiting their organisation, 44 per cent claimed they would need further clarity on the project roadmap to make a decision.

At this year’s UKISUG Connect our Chairman, Paul Cooper, addressed this lack of clarity in his opening speech, before inviting Qualtrics EMEA MD Simon O’Kane onto the stage. Simon discussed the evolving experience economy, showcased some of the platform’s key capabilities and explained how users can engage customers, gain valuable feedback and increase employee interaction by using Qualtrics.

In the coming months, the User Group will continue to work with SAP to educate users on the potential benefits of Qualtrics. Initially, we will be hosting a webinar on the 12th of December, designed for users looking to better understand the Qualtrics road map and learn how to integrate it with SAP SuccessFactors.

Sam Passman, VP Product Management at SuccessFactors Talent will be presenting. In the session he will highlight some future use cases for Qualtrics, explaining how users can use SuccessFactors with Qualtrics to, better understand the potential of both X&O data. He will also highlight the business benefits, explaining how Qualtrics and SAP SuccessFactors can work together to get timely feedback in the moments that matter and give insights that will promote clear actions for program coordinators, managers and employees.
