Needing to meet strict criteria to become a Gold Partner, SAP reviewed the level of knowledge of our specialist SAP Supply Chain Consultants, along with gaining customer feedback on recently delivered projects. With over 25 years’ experience within the SAP Supply Chain, we were able to demonstrate a high level of technical competence among our consultants.
SAP also reviewed some of our recent projects and sought customer feedback on the delivery, with 100% of customers not only satisfied with our service, but also highlighting the commitment and dedication of the team working on their project. Some of the projects praised by our customers included new EWM implementations, RFID integration, implementing new mobility solutions within IM, WM, QM and PM and delivering a new picking solution within WM.
Commenting on the new status, our Managing Director, Andrew Moses, said: “After being an SAP Silver Partner for the last eight years, the step up to becoming an SAP Gold Partner is testament to the team’s commitment to continually exceeding customer expectations.
“I am extremely proud that we have delivered some fantastic projects over the last 12 months that have generated tangible operational benefits for our customers. Becoming an SAP Gold Partner is just the start of a very exciting year ahead, with some unique projects and innovative product solutions currently in development. We’re all looking forward to working closely with our customers and SAP over the coming year to implement new solutions that continue to improve and enhance the end-to-end supply chain process.”
