Given the recently updated situation of COVID-19, the Zalaris management team and I would like to update you on some of our key actions.
Our current key focus is to:
To ensure business continuity we are following our Business Continuity Plan, which includes daily assessment of risks and mitigating actions. Processes are being executed according to our framework for risk and security management and cover the whole value chain including employees, customers and suppliers.
Zalaris has introduced company-wide restrictions in line with government recommendations including travel and event participation bans. This includes but is not limited to, physical meetings in or outside our premises, closed canteens and working from home office when possible. We will continue to follow the advice and information from local health authorities and will adjust correspondingly.
It is important to note that we are delivering on our service levels as normal.
On an operating level, we continue to communicate with our customers through our support portal and our weekly newsletters.
Important Reminder:
As part of our commitment to supporting your business we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that Zalaris do offer our Standby and Business Continuity Services should you have a situation where your HR & Payroll staff are unable to perform their roles or you need temporary additional support in your operations; clearly this is now particularly relevant in the current climate.
If this is something you would like to put in place, or simply want to find out more information, then please contact the Zalaris support team via email on [email protected] or contact Melissa Lake, SAP Support Services Manager by phone on +44 7824 696815.
Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your support in safeguarding the health of our community and contributing to the world’s efforts to contain the outbreak.
Warm regards,
Will Jackson
Managing Director, Zalaris
