In early March 2020, Zalaris UK consultant Stephen Millard presented at the SAP User Group SuccessFactors Special Interest Group where we looked back at the SuccessFactors Learning’s developments in 2019, upcoming developments for 2020, and how businesses are growing their learning capabilities.
Stephen gave an interactive presentation featuring several live poll questions, the small changes to SAP SuccessFactors Learning in 2019, the reasons behind them, and what we will and might expect to see in 2020 through into 2021. With over half of the event attendees not already planning for their learning or looking at their learning systems for 2020, Stephen talked through a variety of ways in which they could extend their use of SuccessFactors learning using existing system functionality, industry good practice and different third party enhancements.
Stephen and the whole Zalaris UK team want to thank everyone who attended and actively participated throughout the day. We all left the event with a better understanding of the new SAP administrator user interface, how to mitigate flash-based content, and best practice suggestions for content storage and reporting.
We know that life gets in the way, so for those who were interested in the topics which Stephen spoke about, but were unable to attend the event, you can find his annotate session slides on the SAP User Group event page - “SuccessFactors Learning - Mind the Gap Handout”. In addition, Stephen has recently published a LinkedIn post entitled “Preparing for SuccessFactors Learning in 2020” which describes his recommendations on how to transition to the new Learning administrator user interface.
