Zalaris has started the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors system which covers a total of 3,170 users across Poland, Denmark and the UK. The project goal is to implement an IT solution, supporting strategic HR process management in the following areas: Employee Development, Training Management, Employee Assessment, Employee Self-Service.
Through this implementation, quality, effectiveness, commonality, usability and standardization of employee lifecycle management shall be significantly improved. As a result, time and cost savings, as well as profit gains through increased employee engagement will also be incurred.
The scope of the project covers all SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and will be delivered, starting from 2021.
