Welcome to your March News
Welcome to the March Newsletter, it has definitely felt like spring has arrived over the last couple of weeks, plenty of blossom on the trees and the bulbs are very evident while taking my regulated exercise!
Already this month we have run seven virtual SIGs and numerous webinars. Next month sees the first virtual symposium of 2021 – Analytics. If you visit the events page, you can register and see the full programme of keynotes and breakout sessions. If you did not get chance to join the virtual symposiums we ran last year, the platform we utilised was very well received for its ease of use, ability to network with participants plus meet the partners sponsoring and presenting at the event.
With Governments starting to look at how we ‘unlock’ the economy and enable people to meet and socialise, we are keeping our activities and events constantly under review. We hope to be able to offer a return to some face-to-face events later this summer, subject to regulations relaxing. Watch this space!
When SAP announced its RISE initiative last month it was also announced that Brian Duffy, the SAP EMEA North President, would be moving over to a new role driving the programme. This week the EMEA North User Groups (including us) will be virtually meeting his replacement Rohit Nagarajan, who was recently confirmed in post.
Stay safe and remember to keep washing your hands!
