Jim brings an impressive 29 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 24 years working in SAP. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of strategic roles within the SAP UKI customer success and delivery (CS&D) organisation, including service delivery expert in the Centre of Expertise,  SAP MaxAttention Engagement Lead for some of SAP's largest global strategic accounts, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and various management positions within the UKI CS&D organisation. Currently, Jim oversees a team of Technical Quality Managers and Project Managers in the UKI region, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and development to align with SAP’s strategic vision. He also serves as a Delivery Manager sponsor on key accounts, ensuring successful customer engagements. With his extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, Jim is uniquely positioned to guide UKI customers in maximising their Cloud ERP subscriptions and realising the full potential of SAP solutions.
