Scott Goodchild and Oliver Henderson will explain how AstraZeneca is leveraging SAP Signavio within the Axial programme to visualise current business processes, identify variations in ways of working and compare operational reality with the target design. Oliver is an experienced transformation leader with over a decade of hands‑on delivery across major business programmes underpinned by SAP S/4HANA and its supporting applications. Over the last 10+ years, he has held leadership roles throughout the full programme lifecycle, including Enterprise Architecture, Programme Management, Business Analysis, UAT leadership, and roles in communications, change and adoption. Oliver currently serves as Director, Enterprise Architecture at AstraZeneca, where he is responsible for defining and governing the strategic direction of the enterprise Integrated Toolchain, as well as taking direct responsibility for AstraZeneca’s implementation of SAP’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) suite, including LeanIX, Signavio and WalkMe.

Scott Goodchild is Senior Director of Architecture for ERP at AstraZeneca, leading enterprise architecture strategy across the company's ERP landscape. He plays a key leadership role within the Axial programme, AstraZeneca's global business transformation initiative, helping shape the architecture, governance, and technology strategy that underpin business process standardisation and digital transformation.
With extensive experience in enterprise architecture, SAP transformation, business capability modelling, and technology governance, Scott works at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery. He partners with senior leaders across business and IT to drive large-scale transformation, enable innovation, and ensure technology investments deliver sustainable business value.
