Jake is a Global Payroll Leader with more than 20 years of experience transforming payroll operations for multinational organizations. In his current role as Global Process Owner for Payroll & Time, he oversees payroll operations for 60,000+ employees across 80+ countries. Over the course of my career, he has led large-scale payroll transformations and technology migrations, including global deployments of ADP GlobalView, Celergo, Workday, SuccessFactors and SAP S/4. His focus has always been on creating measurable impact—reducing manual interventions, cutting errors, driving compliance and enhancing the employee experience. He has been fortunate to hold executive payroll leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Morgan Stanley, Intel and Tradeweb, where he built scalable hub-and-spoke payroll models, strengthened SOX controls and developed global governance frameworks. Beyond his corporate work, he is passionate about advancing the payroll profession. He has served in leadership roles with PayrollOrg chapters in Sacramento and Dallas and he has also taught payroll as an adjunct professor, mentoring the next generation of payroll professionals.

Kevin Butler is District Manager for SAP clients at ADP and a recognised advisor on enterprise transformation, payroll modernisation and workforce technology strategy.
Having advised UK Government organisations and worked with major private sector employers on large-scale transformation programmes, Kevin brings a unique perspective that spans technology, people, governance and organisational change. He is a regular keynote speaker for leading industry bodies including the Chartered Institute for IT (BCS), and the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
Kevin has also contributed to AI ethics initiatives with Oxford Brookes University and Brunel University, helping bridge the gap between emerging technologies and their responsible adoption within organisations.
Today, Kevin partners with CIOs, HRIT leaders and transformation teams to help organisations modernise their SAP payroll environments, reduce operational complexity and realise the benefits of cloud-based operating models.
