As the global owner for the SAP Clean Core Operations dimension, I focus on developing its definition, KPIs, maturity ratings, and value drivers, with an emphasis on organizational aspects and governance across all dimensions, including the end-to-end toolchain.
In my role as the Clean Core service portfolio owner for SAP MaxAttention, I drive the methodology and content to promote Clean Core-enabled transformations with SAP Premium engagement customers across Process, Extensibility, Integrations, Data, and Operations dimensions. I also lead the Hybrid Operations portfolio for SAP Premium Engagements in the EMEA region, collaborating closely with the Global portfolio lead.
As a Chief Cloud Architect and head of SAP Premium Hub CoE ALM & DevOps, I serve as a strategic advisor to SAP customer leadership on large-scale transitions. I lead a dynamic team developing service solutions, managing and delivering high-profile customer engagements focused on Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps from a People, Process, and Tool perspective. This role includes fostering team growth and promoting cross-organizational alignment within SAP’s evolving technology landscape.
My comprehensive experience positions me uniquely to spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and drive transformative business outcomes in the cloud and application management domains.
